I recently purchased a Kubota B8200HST and am having front loader problems. According to prev owner, the loader had plenty of power. My first experience is that it has almost no power. The previous owner is trying to help me but maybe someone here can also help. I need it working very soon.

First, the loader would not pick up 180 lbs. I replaced an older hose coming out of the top of the pump, cleaned the screen, and put in new fluid. The power got better picking up about 300 lbs 5 ft up but still not sufficient. The rear PTO seems to have plenty of power as does the tractor movement itself. There are no bubbles in the fluid at the dipstick. Adjusting the main valve on the loader valve seems to partition the available power from up/down to curl but doesn't actually improve power. We moved dirt yesterday and the loader had progressively less power during the day. It can hold a full bucket of dirt but couldn't lift it any higher.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to TBN:D

First, you cannot blindly adjust the PRV (pressure relief valve), you NEED a gauge to set it correctly...That is where you need to start first. A gauge can be made up for about $30 or so.

Second, have you tried to unplug and then re-seat all the QD's (quick disconnects) on the machine? It is very common to have one "look" good but not really seated causing the problems you are having.

Third, on some Kubota's, the 3PH (three point hitch, AKA rockshaft) lever can get off center robbing the hydraulic power from everything else...Make sure it is centered.

Have you cycled the FEL up and down a few times to get the air out of the system after changing the hose and cleaning the screen? Did you find that the screen was dirty? I would check the hoses to make sure they are hooked up right and make sure the quick connects are seated. If that makes no difference you will need a gauge to attach to a port off of the Front End Loader (FEL) to check the pressure. Take all precautions when working with hydraulics.
"DO NOT WORK ON FITTINGS OR HOSES WHEN THE ENGINE IS RUNNING" Hydraulic pressure is very strong and can pierce your skin and it goes from bad to worse from there. You will need to know what your FEL pressure is supposed to be. If the FEL was strong when it was sold it should be strong after the sale.
