Can anyone tell me where and what controls the rate of fall for the 3 point lift arms on a Kubota B8200, lift works great but lift rate of fall is very slow, new to me B8200.

Can anyone tell me where and what controls the rate of fall for the 3 point lift arms on a Kubota B8200, lift works great but lift rate of fall is very slow, new to me B8200.

Gravity, and the weight of whatever is on the 3pt.

there is a valve, usualy under the front of the seat, to adjust the rate the fluid escapes back to the tank. Usually turning them counterclockwise as viewed at looking at the valve will open the valve and make the fluid flow faster, hence drop faster.

I looked under and around the seat, I may be missing something but I don,t see it, I hope someone who has a b8200 sees this post.
