Kubota B8200 Engine Fitment

I've got a Kubota B8200 that currently runs great... I found a D850 motor which is either brand new or newly rebuilt on CL at a great price, so I picked it up. If the 950 in my tractor ever goes out, will the 850 bolt right in?
