Price Check Kubota B7800HSD reasonable price?

Greetings all! New to the site, but have loved everything I've read so far.

About to pull the trigger on a 2010 B7800 tractor in almost new condition. 70 hours on the clock, includes: LA402 front end loader, BH75 backhoe, post-hole auger, box scraper, and spring-tine field rake. Machine is quite pristine, stored indoors and serviced regularly. Located on west coast of British Columbia.
The tractor biz is fairly new to me, but I've done a lot of on-line comparisons with what is out there.
Q: Can anyone give me a reasonable idea of what this rig is worth. I don't want to pay more than necessary, nor to I want to insult the guy selling. ANY advice is welcome.

We paid $15,400 for a B7800, loader and backhoe, same as yours. Three hundred hours on the tach. This was about two years ago. Strong, simple tractor. No issues in another 300 hours of hard loader and backhoe work. Hopefully useful. Dave
