The right side brake lever is 'frozen'.. Completely immovable. Any suggestions on freeing this up? -- Or should I just 'tear into it' -- This came about gradually.. Having to pull the brake pedal up by hand at first.. Now just stuck.

OkeeDoke... I'll answer my own question.
I unhooked the rod from the lever & gave a couple of good dousing sprays
of penetrating spray on the brake lever shaft.. 12 hours in between.
Then used the crescent wrench to work it back and forth 15 - 20 times.
Loosened right up!! Here's the particular spray I used. (This is going to be regular lube schedule)View attachment 570327
