kubota b7410

there is a used kubota b7410 with fel and backhoe in my area for sale. asking price is 13500. does this tractor have the
power for the bh to dig well. is this price in line.

Well it just depends on what you mean by "well"....better than a shovel then yes it is a great digger.
It will dig, it will be slow compared to larger units.
I had a Bradco BH on a B7500 and now I have a L2800 BH75 and the Bh75 is a much more powerful BH and takes less time to achieve the same results as with the smaller BH.

It really all depends on what you want to accomplish.

I am not sure how much backhoe's cost but the tractor and FEL should be no more than $8500, keep in mind I believe the 7410 does not have power sterring.
You may want to look at a BX23 new probably for similar money.
