Kubota B7200 Torque value and sequence needed

Does anyone out there know what the correct torque and torque sequence of a cylinder head for a Kubota B7200E with the D950 engine ?

Also, if you know the torque value for the injectors that would also be appreciated.

The B7100 manual says 31.10 to 34.72 ft-lb

Tighten bolts and nuts diagonaly from the centre

You may want to go to tractorsmart's website and see if you can get the shop manual for that machine. They e-mailed me one for my 7200 but I let it go with the machine when I sold it. It show's breakdowns for everything. You may want to ask Ronnie at tractorsmart what the settings are. He saved me a bunch on money on my tractor with a little fix for a fairly major problem.

I have the shop manual for my B7300 and in there they recommend that valve adjustments (every 800 hours) be done by a dealer. But they do have specs for tightening...and yes, they really are listed with the "from here to there" specifications /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. I'm used to seeing a single value, but this is right from my WSM...

Here ya go (in lbs / ft):

Cylinder head cover cap nut: 2.9 - 4.3
Cylinder head bolt: 28.9 - 32.5
Glow plug: 5.8 - 10.8
Noxxle holder assembly: 36.3 - 50.6
Injection pipe retaining nut: 18.1 - 25.3

There is a diagram to tighten the head screws, but it starts from the inside bolts and goes sequentially outward: "in diagonal sequence starting from the center". Looks like outside middle two bolts, then the inner ones on the right, then inner bolts on the left, then outer on the right, and so on.

I would highly recommend picking up a copy of the workshop manual. There are times that the language isn't really clear, but to avoid messing up your motor I'm sure it is worth the investment.
