Kubota B7100 FEL only works when 3 point raise lever is pulled back

OK i have another one for you guys! We have a Kubota B7100 in the shop, the FEL is plumbed through the 3 point lift cylinder assembly. The loader only works when the 3 point raise lever is in the raise position. There is a knob that you turn to select between the 3 point and the loader, when the loader is switched on the 3 point does not operate which is how its supposed to be. I understand that when you bring the lever all he way back its allowing pressurized fluid into the 3 point and thats why the loader only works when the lever is pulled back but my question is what needs to be done so the loader will just work normally without the need to set the 3 point at max?

Change the plumbing to feed the loader from the front hyd. block. It's the 1st thing that the pump pressure line is ran into. Your loader valve well need PB port with a PB fitting.

The guy just bought the tractor, it looks like it had the loader on it for a while. Is there no way it worked properly set up the way it is? I know the loader valve on it does not have a PB.

I will have to go over to the shop and check, if it does have this manifold block do i still need a PB?

The manifold block is PB.

The manifold block feeds the loader and the loader PB returns back to the manifold and then to the 3pt. The return /out line goes to any return tank line.

+1. I don't believe the 3-point valve has any means to have power beyond, it simply dumps everything to tank in relief. It should NOT be powering a loader from there.

Your hyd block only has 2 plugs and right now the oil is going stright thru it. You well have to buy or make a new cover plate.Just pull cover off and then you can see how it's made.

Ok i looked the tractor over, there is no block on the line. If you are sitting on the tractor both steel hydraulic lines run on the right side of the trans and straight into the 3 point assembly. The hydraulic pump is on the right side of the engine behind the injector pump. There are no lines on the left side and no hydraulic valve block.

You should have something like this, and requires you to purchase an adapter plate to add attachments.

One port is pressure out and the other is pressure return. Tank line goes to tank.
