i took it apart and decided to replaced the clutch, throw-out bearing ,pressure plate ,pilot bearing .reinstalled and the clutch would not disengage ,the fork looked worn so i replaced that too , still wont disengage. decided to pull it apart again to double check well everything looked good put back together and the clutch still wont disengage.

How does the pedal feel? Does it have the free play it needs? About 1". Is the fork in the right location to push the throw out bearing?

Just to be clear when you say clutch won't disengage the clutch pedal goes down all the way but the clutch doesn't release? If that's the case with everything you've replaced it has to be the linkage from the pedal to fork that out of adjustment?

Clutch pedal has been adjusted every which way and feels good .but can not disengage the clutch to put in gear .I've placed the clutch fork in the way it looked in the diagram.

I've ran that rod out as far as it will go and and still won't release the clutch

Rear main on the engine, or input bearing on the transmission being bad can cause this. But it is rare.

Do, you have a helper to push on the pedal while you look at things, to verify the throw out bearing is pushing in on the clutch fingers? Have you checked every joint in the mechanism between the pedal and the throw-out bearing?

I had the same thing happen on my old B7100. It turns out, there was enough surface "drag" with the new clutch disk, that it kept the input shaft spinning even when the clutch was disengaged. An old timer at the Kubota dealer told me to hook up the mower to the PTO, start the engine and "let er run awhile with the clutch disengaged".

Well, it worked! The mower turned slowly at first but put enough drag on the clutch to wear in the new disk.

This may not be the trouble in your case though, since the problem occurred with the old clutch.

Thanks for that information, when I bought it it was doing the same thing but the throw_out bearing was bad so I decided since I had to split it I'd replace everything ,no matter how hard i press the pedal it won't release

You can't see, because there isn't a large enough hole to view thru, or there is NO hole to view through? If there is ANY size of hole, you might be able to see if you beg, borrow or steal a bore scope to slip into an existing hole to access the area around the clutch.
Do be careful if you use a bore scope, because the spinning clutch will become an issue if you touch the scope to the spinning clutch.
Bore scopes that hook to a smart phone are really cheap these days!

Yes the clutch will only fit one way on this tractor . Not only that I disassembled it again and double checked everything .and everything is as they should be, I wondering it the adjustment on the pressure plate from the factory is wrong

More likely someone has modified it somehow, or the actual dimensions on the replacement clutch aren't

More likely someone has modified it somehow, or the actual dimensions on the replacement clutch aren't the same as what came installed from the factory. A clutch that didn't work from the factory would have made a huge impact with the original buyer.
Did you find an access hole anywhere in the bell housing? There has got to be some play somewhere and the easiest way to find what isn't working right is to see it.
I mean, the choices are almost endless as to what could be wrong, or a combination of them. More than likely it is a simple fix, but finding what that simple fix is, is the problem. Good luck!

No inspection hole to view the pressure plate, I can see the clutch fork from the opening in the bottom but the bell housing is not.so it was doing this same thing when I bought it but the throw out bearing was making a noise so I decided to replace everything. And still won't release the clutch

Found the issue guys it's the new pressure plate .it would not release the clutch as where there was nothing wrong with the old one or the clutch they looks to be in great shape. I decided to pull it down a 4th time and swap out the pressure plate and bang fixed the issue .
