Kubota B6100 Advice Needed

I have an opportunity to buy a Kubota advertised as a B6100 4WD with a 5' Bush Hog finishing mower for $3,200. The owner described it as 16 HP 3-cylinder gear (non-hydro) model and "very clean" with less than 500 hours. It has Ag tires and front weights. He claims it needs nothing, ready to go to work. I'm going to see it tonight.

First, based on a quick Google search, it sounds like a B6100 is 14HP rather than 16HP...perhaps some B6100's did come with a 16HP or maybe a typo or maybe an engine swap? Any ideas?

Secondly, does anybody have the tractor specs? I'm a little concerned about towing it on my 5x10 landscape trailer...so it would be good to know the tractor's weight.

Lastly, presuming it's everything he stated, is $3,200 a fair price?

Here are the specs - it is 14hp and 12hp PTO.

Looks like both Gear and Hydro models were made.

Price does not sound bad if it is in good shape.

Thank you for the prompt and helpful reply. The little Kubota is coming this weekend!

A couple of last questions please --and perhaps silly ones. The B6100 currently has Ag tires. Is it possible to switch to Turf or R4 tires using the same rims? What is a ballpark estimate of Turf and R4 tires? The Tractordata.com link says the rear AG tires are 8.00-16 and the fronts are 6.6-9. Thanks so much for helping a newbie!

Mine has turfs, I think they are much wider than ags. Search by my name and you'll find a fair amount of pics. Very strong little tractors that just seem to last forever.

On my B7100 I had the dealer switch my turfs for ag when I bought it. They do not use the same rims. I think he charged me $400 for 4 new tires, 2 new front rims, 2 used rear rims.
