Kubota B4200 brakes

Hi chaps. The brakes on my B4200 have started making the most horrible grinding noise when I apply them and the tractor seems to want to pull to one side. I think it's possible the the shoes have worn out? If that's the case, how do I go about changing them? Is it a simple process or one that I should pass on to the dealer? I'm half decent at mechanical work but I don't want to start pulling it apart if I'm going to need special tools etc?

I'd really appreciate your help with this!
