Why is the turbo not listed in the spec's?
Daves:
Great point. A turbo is something that works really well for people who live at elevation. My last tractor lived at 9100' in Colorado and I'd prefer a turbo over a non-turbo. Lots of folks do the same with cars and such as the elevation sucks out 25%+ of the HP out of normally aspirated engines. At sea level now in Rhode Island I don't really need it.
NO WHERE in the Kubota literature, that I can find, does it mention a turbo. No pics, no mention, but it does have the T in the model spec for the engine. The B3350's engine is a V1505-T-E4-D26-R and the B2650 is a D1305-E4-D26-R. So the only real engine model numberical difference is the prefix of V1505-T versus D1305. Both are listed as engine type of E-TVCS, liquid cooled 3/4 cylinder diesel.
Thanks for the answers.
