Price Check Kubota B3030

I found a 2007 Kubota 3030 tractor with loader, Brush Hog and backblade attachment. The seller claims it has 60 hrs. The tires are filled, industrial. He is asking $21,500, which he claims is over $ 5,000 below what was invested. The price sounds high to me. Does anyone have thoughts on how much to offer the seller, that would not be offensive?

Seems high to me, here is one similar on my local Craigslist at $15,700.

I should add that I paid $24k for my 2010 John Deere 3320 which is 34hp, heavy duty loader, filled tires, 60" brush hog, brush guard, HST and cruise control.

For a kinda/sorta comparison here's what I paid in Feb. 2009:
B3030 HSDCC (cold weather version of cab): $20,100
LA403 loader with 60" bucket: $ 4700

I already owned a 60" Buhler Farm King blower, which I think was $1850. Not sure what my JD LX4 rotary cutter was as that was part of a package deal in '04 and the paperwork isn't around.
I think I'm in agreement that the seller asking too much.
