Perhaps use the search function and read up on them? They are a great tractor, and alot of power in a small package. Personally , I think the 2620 is the right power for that sized tractor...... but running a snowblower with a 2920 should really make it shine. No common problems with them that I'm aware of.

I don't know about any vibration in the unit you sat on.
I own the 23 hp version of the 20 series, but I can assure you that mine is vibration free to the extreme.

Kubota makes the 20 series B in 23,26 and the 29 you sat on. Each bump in horse power will tap your wallet for a grand, give or take. One tend to run out of traction long before one runs out of power on these rather light weight tractors.

I've had my 2320 for two years now. I think for the front mounted blower get as much hp as you can afford but other than that, as others have said, you will run out of traction before hp. As for the vibration, mine is as smooth as can be. You might want to try a different one because there's not much mention on here of 20 series having vibration issues.

I have a question, if anyone knows. Since the OP mentioned the BX with some aside.

Kubota offers a 50 and 51 inch blower? OK. What is the difference? I am a little foggy and clarity would help.

Kubota matches up a 50 inch front blower to the BX as well. I'm guessing there are many BX1860,2360 units out there blowing snow with less pto hp than any Bxx20 series.

Is the front blower offered on the B and the BX substantially different in size?

As far as I know the two blowers are interchangeable. Honestly, I've never compared the two side by side, but my suspicion is that B blower will have slightly more steel in it.

ductape thnks what did u think of the price and the viberation factor?

Its been four years since I've gotten a price quote on a 2920 so I can't comment on your price. I will back up the other members who say the 2X20 series tractors are known for their smooth running three cylinder engines. The B series tractor that has had a few vibration complaints is the four cylinder B3200........ and those have been hit and miss. I'd describe as a handful of complaints in the thousands of them that are out there.

PS: You will love the 2920 with the front mounted blower....... its a snow eating mutha !

Tony,
If you say a thing or two about your intended uses for the machine it would be easier to give advice weather it will do or not do the task. I join the posters before in saying that the 2x20 tractors had no reported vibration issues that I have heard. That tends to be more frequent with 4 cylinder tractors (I have one of those) and even there the reports vary. In my opinion it's a tractor so don't expect the quite smooth ride of a large car. I personally would prefer the B2620 from those machines. Even that has more HP then you can effectively transfer to the ground when it comes to loader work or pulling power.

I looked at the B2920 before buying another BX and did not experience any vibration issues and was favorably impressed. My choice in the B Series would however be in the Bxx30 for the added features; course they cost more.
