Kubota B2400 blade change problem.

Hi,

I am having difficulty undoing the bolts that secure the 3 blades. I'm turning anticlockwise, but the whole spindle assembly is turning together rather than loosening. Any suggestions?

Try blocking the blades' rotation with a 2x4 placed between the blade and the mower deck.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, I've tried jamming the blade but whilst the blade remains stationary, the whole spindle assembly still turns as one unit. I'll try a spanner on the top nut on the
drive belt wheel to see if that helps.

If you had an impact wrench... You might have to figure someway to hold the top pulley.

Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a go. If i don't fix it this time I'll probably have to admit defeat and take it to the professionals. The grass is growing!!!
