Price Check Kubota B2320

Mornin'!
Was wondering if $11,000 is a solid price for a B2320 with 400 hours, front loader, and rear scraper? Looking at some comps (country-wide) and it seems somewhat comparable, but was looking for some extra expertise. Thanks in advance!

Some questions to help nail down value:

Condition? (garaged vs sat out in the sun & rain)
A picture or three?
Maintenance records?
400 hrs = Service time - has it been done yet?
What kind of tires? Loaded?
HST or gear?
Remote?
Rear scraper make & weight
Any other optional stuff ...

Since each area is so different, it is very hard to say. I recently sold my B2320 for much more than that, but it had 1/2 the hours, was always housed inside and maintenance religiously done.

It is all a matter of supply/demand thing. If you want this machine push on that price. If you're standing there with a stack of bills, it's hard to say no, if you're a seller who needs to move it out. Seller can always say no and watch his $10,500 walk away in your pocket. LOL

Go to tractorhouse.com and do a search on B2320's for sale, then look at the ones closest to your area and set up similarly to the one you're looking at. Basically, find the ones most comparable to the one you're looking at and see what the asking prices are. Do note if it's a dealer or private party. Most listings will be from dealers, and they can ask a little more than a private seller usually.

That's a 2920. So it is worth more than a comparable 2320.

I bought a 2620 with loader and mmm with 110 hours for less than either of these tractors but I got a heck of a deal.

Seems high to me. For reference, a used 2920 (bigger tractor) with front loader and 150 hours goes for $12K. Used rear blade worth $100-500 depending on how good it is.
