Hi, I have a 2011 Kubota B2320 Hydrostatic with 4 wheel-drive. When the tractor is in 2wd and you press the forward pedal the tractor just barely moves forward like it is under strain, it just does not want to budge. However, if you press the reverse pedal the tractor seems to work fine in reverse and it has power to pull the tractor backwards the wheels will even spin and pull the tractor all over the place in reverse. Push the forward pedal and the tractor does not want to move. When I put the tractor in 4wd the front wheels will pull the tractor forward and will spin while the rear wheels do not spin. The front wheels do all of the work while the rear wheels do nothing or barely anything to help. If you put the tractor in 4wd and press down the reverse pedal front and rear wheels seem to work fine.
Past history: when I first bought the tractor new in 2011 I had the diff lock pressed down and heard a "snap". I called the dealer up and explained the problem to them and the dealer picked up the tractor to bring it into the shop. well that same day they brought it back to me and told that they get a lot of people that have never operated a tractor before and that there was nothing wrong with it. I insisted that there was and they laughed it off. Mind-you I went to Kubota after wanting to try something new, and purchased 2 new Kubotas the same day! So Much for spending over 60k! you see I have own and operated Ford, New Holland, John deere, SAME, David Brown for over the last 38 years and still own all of them! Talked about pissed-off!
so anyways, anybody got an idea of what may be wrong with my little B2320?
thanks
