Kubota 4330 mid pto fluid leak major

I have a Kubota 4330 with front mount blower. It has a mid pto. Today it kept jumping out of gear and sometimes grinding when I put it back in gear. I noticed it start dumping out the hydraulic fluid and parked it. It drained everything. I see it is coming from the mid pto area but see exactly where. Any ideas why it was jumping out of gear or what is leaking now. Thank you.

First guess would be it has a bearing failure on the output shaft, which now is no longer centered in the seal. Possibly ripped the seal to pieces in the process. Could be a result of a balance problem with the drive line for the snow blower? Not a given but should be considered.

Dry off the area well and watch for where the fluid first re-appears. Then you will know what part to investigate further.
