kubota 4310 glow plug relay problem

My glow plug light stays on for about 5 minutes after starting the tractor. I bought a new relay, but can't get the dash off . There is either a clip or bolt holding the shroud behind the dash. Anyone replace this relay before? Thanks in advance for the help

There is 4 bolts and 1 screw holding it on. 2 at the bottom at the floor, 2 on the sides, and 1 in the center right above the guages.

I can get to the 4 bolts easy enough. The one that I can't seem to get to, is the one in the center behind the gauges. Can anyone enlighten me as to how to get that one bolt out?
