Kubota 4240 steering issue

My Grand L4240 steering seems to stick then free up. It sticks when there isn't any movement like driving a straight line, as soon as you overcome resistance it moves easily and as long as you are moving the steering wheel it is very easy to operate.

Mine was doing the same thing after I changed to case oil and got some time on that oil. I tried mobil 4something and it went away, but I think I might need a filter change my trans seems to be getting louder.

My tractor has a little over 600 hours, has always had Super UDT and I changed filters as required by manual, and I would say my Transmission is getting a little louder also. I changed out tie rod ends and rebuilt steering cylinder still have problem, I think the only thing left is the steering controller and they are not rebuild-able.
