Kubota 3000DT: Adding remotes and filter

I've got an L3000F and am looking at putting a FEL on it, where did you get this hydraulic block that mounts to PS block? What's it called?

I've got no hookups on mine for a FEL so it either attaching a block like this or tapping lines, ting to do this easily without serious modification.
