Kubota 3 pt snowblower / Landpride SB1574

Hi Guys. I'm looking for a 3 pt rear facing blower for my L4240. I received a quote from a local Kubota dealer for $4400 for blower, hyd chute and hyd rotation. Seems rather high. Just looking for info on pricing or what others have paid. Unit is Landpride sb1574. 74''. Thx.

It's the middle of winter and snow blowers are at a premium in my neck of the woods and prices are high if one can be found. Having said that...

The one in the attachment is $3,705 with manual chute rotation and deflector. Hydraulic operation adds significant cost at least when it is a Kubota product, so this doesn't seem too bad.

Do you have extra hydraulics on your tractor to control the chute?

I just paid $800 for a used 61" blower with manual rotation & deflector. I was expecting to wait until summer to find that deal.

Over $4k sounds overpriced to me. Kubota doesn't even make blowers. They just slap their name & price premium on implements built elsewhere. I'd look for a better deal myself. Its not like 3pt rear facing blowers are special or unique to a Kubota in any way.

If you shop around for a BerVac / RadTech Blizzard B74 Snow Blower, and factor in seasonal availability, it seems like about what they list for.
