Even if you have changed out the filters, you want to be certain that there isn't a fuel delivery issue. Remove the fuel line between the tank and the first filter. There have been cases where a plug develops at the outlet to the tank, causing fuel starvation. This is an easy check and should be ruled out before looking at the fuel pump.
After this check, remove the fuel line between the fuel pump and the engine. With the key on, you should see good fuel flow. These two checks should rule out any fuel issues.

Exactly my problem! Took off fuel line before filter and blew air into from compressor. Hooked back up and problem with stumbling went away. This after going through hassle of inspecting fuel injectors. Indeed simple things like fuel supply lines the first thing to eliminate.
