Kontac Spool Valve

Hi all,

I have a Kontac single bank spool valve and have fitted to a home built log splitter. The valve was off a Browns 56 bale grab. I am pretty convinced the relief valve pressure is not up to the job. Anyone know what these were set at? There seems to be no way of adjusting it

Some valves have a set PRV. You can check and see what pressure the relief is set at by installing a gage and extend the cyl to max, and the valve will go into relief, and read the pressure.
