Komatsu D21Q Crawler Loader?

Does anyone have any experience in the Komatsu D21Q crawler loaders? I'm looking for a small loader for my construction company. I can't use a larger machine like a 450, and my Bobcat T300 just doesn't have the track size to get me into piles when it's muddy. I tend to work in clay conditions and need something that has more bite to it. I know 40 hp is small, but will it scrape top soil and dig into loose piles and get a full bucket? I need something that is small, has good traction, will get a full bucket, and not break the bank. There is a 1999 D21Q for sale with only 1800 hours with new sprockets and final drives. What is your experience? Or am I chasing a unicorn?

I don't have any experience at all with Dozers but I have watched every video on Youtube lol. I don't even know if grousers is the right term but I could tell you by looking at it if it will perform for you in the clay. Have any pictures of the tracks?
