Kohler magnum 10

[The Cub]

Hi guys the motor in my cub 1250 was swapped out by the original owner and replaced with a kohler magnum 10.

My problem now is that I can't identify the motor the decal on the flywheel housing is gone and without this tag I can't get parts for the motor and carb. Is there any other way to identify the motor or dose someone happen to know what model magnum 10 would fit in the 1250

might find some info here: Kohler Engines: Product Matrix: Engines but won't be a magnum 10 - kohler only lists 8 or 12 as closest size.. perhaps a k series ?
