Kohler engine conversion

I have a husqavarna lawn tractor with a kohler command 25 HP cv730-0029 engine and im swapping out the engine with a kohler courage 24 HP sv725 engine. the engine wiring harnesses are slightly different. I have moved the starter from the command engine to the courage engine to eliminate the need for an external selonoid. can some one help with this
