Kohler Carburetor Problem

Gas vapor and gas liquid coming out from throat of carb. Have installed NEW Kohler carb and still have the same problem. Pulled head and decarboned head and cleaned around valves. Engine is a Kohler Magnum 8 hp installed in a Model 122 Cub Cadet. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like blowback thru the intake valve. Perhaps timing is off. or intake valve is burned. Did you examine the mating surfaces on the valve and valve seat for good seal ? Is the valve clearance adjustment ok ?
Not real familiar with the magnum but maybe also compression release mechanism malfunction.
