Trouble with power streering . Doesn't have power when normally driving. If you raise the front bucket ,or lower it while moving , the power steering works!! "Can I get some help?"

I don't know that model specifically, but if it has a priority valve(main hydraulic line goes into a block, splits with a small line to the steering box and the other line goes to the rear hydraulics), the valve is probably stuck or the spring in it is broken.
