BX25D is a brand new model, B21 was replaced years ago with the B26. Hours and loader capacity may be a factor. Are these the 2 tractors you are referring to? Are you hunting Grizzlies out there in Montana? What Kubota do you have now?

Have an yenmar, hunting deer, elk and WOLVES, THEY ARE HURTING OUR HUNTING. i THINK THE 21 WILL DO HEAVER WORK. ( DAMNkey lock). They both have loader and backhoe and low hrs.

Welcome to the forum!!! You are really comparing two totally different categories of tractors here. The BX model tractors were designed for estate owners and are very capable for the lighter duty needs in that setting. The B21 was designed as part of Kubota's commercial tractor/loader/backhoe (TLB) line for plumbers, gas companies, rental yards and such. The B21 is far more heavy duty. Much of the choice has to do with your intended uses. They both have advantages depending on what you need. For example the BX makes a pretty good finish mowing tractor, not so much for the B21. (no mid PTO or removable loader) Give us some more details of your setting and tractor needs.

A friend of mine has a B21. He paid $13K for it. Don't know the hours, but is in very good condition. I used it a for a few hours at his place. It is well built, but is also very light (no loaded tires or anything). The hydraulics push it around a good bit. I don't know anything about the BX, but I suspect it too is light without augmentation. I would think the B21 is the better machine. Regardless of which you decide, add some weight if it doesn't already have some.
