KL4030 loader cracked brackets

I have a 2019 2610hst with kl4030 loader. The brackets for the loader cracked at the only bend in the steel. The dealer replaced them but the new ones have cracked in the same spot. Also I should note the bucket sits a bit crooked and the right side will drop more with a load in it. Cant find anything bent loose or out of place.

I have a similar tractor/loader, and I'd like to inspect the problem area. I just looked at mine, but can't figure out the spot you're looking at. My brackets might be painted a different color. Can you take a pic from further back and highlight the trouble area?

call your dealer. a second time around might just replace the loader.

Even though his is orange, he's looking at the front mounting bracket right behind the hose connections. 4 bolts.

Ok, yeah. Mine looks like yours. (No cracks that I can notice.) It looks like ours has two gussets between the "tube" and bolt area, whereas OPs only has one. I wonder if there was a design change to prevent this issue. I don't think they would have used a different bracket on the 3510s vs 2610s, would they?

Does look like his mount and bolt spacing are smaller. Thought they were suppose to be the same too..

The 2610s used to use the smaller loader and it was about 2019 when they swapped to the kl4030. I wonder if there were some “interim” models?

My NX's KL6010 loader has been crooked since day 1. I complained to my dealer. The said they replaced the loader: they said something to the effect that there was a manufacturing run with a jig that wasn't set up properly. I asked about a serial number (got no documentation to that effect) and the service manager was a bit snotty, saying they have it documented. Somewhere in this mix I believe they said they replaced the "saddle?" Is it the loader? Is it the saddle(s)? I have zero confidence in my dealer being able to fix anything of any significant complexity. I pretty much gave up on ever having this fixed. I don't like it, but life is short and I'm tired of dealing with this dealer (called them recently to ask about getting a PTO shaft and they failed to return my call).

There was another person on this site (sigh, can't recall his name) who also had this issue with their new NX and KL6010 loader. Don't know if there was a resolution for that person.

Anyway, this might be something similar with your loader. Kioti's QA on their loaders (and attachment points) seems a bit lacking.
