Bonjour just wondering the Kioti web site has been down for two days in this area. Am'I the only one experiencing this? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

No.......you're not the only one. They have been moving to a new building here in the States, that may have something to do with it.

I know it's been down since Saturday. It is still down. Maybe they are planning a significant update? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I've been in and out of the site all weekend. Now it's Monday and still getting in. May have been a backbone problem through your areas. John

I just tried it again. Nothing. I even used both Netscape and IE thinking maybe one would be different. Are you sure it is the actual site and not just something stored on your computer? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Yup. I tried it too, and can't get in. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Get that error message page that tells you to hit the back button or the refresh button later.

I just got blank, notta, zippo. I'm surprised that their move has effected the website... I guess they must have in-house web servers. I know everything is unsettled for them at the moment, but letting the site go down seems like real bad planning - they should look into having someone host this for them - or at the least put some sort of "down for the move" message up there. I wonder if some poor guy at their headquarters forgot to order their new circuits... oops /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Good day KiotiJohn
I've been trying to get into the web site since Sat and get a message that the server is down.
The address I am using is http://www.kiotitractor.com
Is this correct? I am very interested in the new CK30

The URL you are using is correct. You could try Little Tractor and see the CK30 on their site. It really is the only site that I know of right now that would be an ok alternative to the Kioti main site.

Wasn't there a Kioti dealer in Kentucky that used to advertise here a lot? I think it was O'Brien's?

As I recall, that website was the very first site where I saw Kioti's. did he go out of business, or get swallowed up by someone else? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Was that the one that used the www.kioti.com URL? If it is, I think Kioti put their foot down on it. As a result, I think I heard he no longer sells Kioti. I remember when I first heard about Kioti and put in that URL thinking it was the main site. Nope. It took me to some dealer. Only when I did a search did I find that Kioti was using www.kiotitractors.com URL. I was confused at the time, but I can see why Kioti put their foot down. That why when one types in www.kioti.com nowadays, it takes them to the Kioti site.

I tried both with the same results. I think www.kioti.com will only transfer you to the kiotitractor.com URL. I noticed it while watching the little status indicator at the bottom of the Navigator window. I think you only get the white screen because the kioti.com URL isn't able to transfer you to the other one because it is down.

O'Bryans is very much still in business in Owensboro KY. I talk them on a weekly basis and have bought all my implements from them too.

Several posters are correct in stating they gave up their website kioti.com under pressure from corporate not to advertise the prices on the internet. They still sell kioti, but they carry branson as well and I believe that is the brand that they will push in the future unless Kioti gets its act together.

Call my good friend John Lampkin at O'Bryans 800-427-3299. Tell him Jeff Rader sent ya.

Until Monday, I was getting into the site with no problem. I had looked at loader and backhoe information and it was not cached pages as I clear all my temporary pages each day and clear cookies as well. Now I can not get into the site, Wed. morning. Kioti sued the dealer who had Kioti.com, and won. I believe it was a ridiculously low price like $250 that they had agreed to pay the man. He had apparently used that addy for a while before Kioti decided they wanted it. Until recently, both addresses would get you to the same location, but when I used Kioti.com, I found that some things didn't work the same as they had with Kiotitractor.com. I suppose eveything will be up and running again soon. John

I just tried the web site, and I still can't get in. I've cleaned out my cookies and cache, but it didn't make any difference.

I was trying www.kioti.com. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
