Hey All,

I have a 08 Kioti Dk65s. Last year I got a new clutch installed. Everything was fine until a couple of months ago a friend of mine blew a hydraulic hose while using it. Changed the hose and checked to see that I had lost quite some Hydraulic fluid. I had a bucket of standard hyd fluid in hand and ended up pouring that in to the right level.

I did not use it much over the winter, but about 2 months ago when I started using, I realized that the bucket and backhoe attachment in the back did not feel like they were running smoothly but most importantly the clutch pedal was either coming up very slowly or not springing back up sometimes and I would have to pull it with my foot. I checked the Hydraulic fluid stick, and realized that i quite more oil than I should have in there. Also the hydraulic line was leaking where its connected to the Filter holder area. Spoke with my local Kioti dealer, they suggested i change the o ring, filter, and oil completely. So I did just that. I noticed that the oil was very sluggish and brown, so I figured the mixed oil was no good.

Anyways, after the oil change, everything felt normal besides the clutch pedal. It wouldn't get stuck as often but it would pull up very slowly quiet often. We needed to finish on a job, so I was forced to use it like that for a month. Until 2 days ago when the clutch pedal go stuck. I could pull the pedal back up with my foot but it wouldn't shift forward or reverse. When its in gear and I push the forward and backward shifter either forward or backwards, the tractor moves but very slowly and I dont think its quiet healthy. I checked the hydraulic fluid, and realized it was a little lower than it should be so I added some to right levels. My opinion is either the clutch is stuck midway or the piston for the clutch is stuck completely depressed. Im hoping it is not a clutch wear issue because I dont even have 20 hours on the new clutch.

I was wondering what others might think it may be. Sorry for the long post, but not a lot of local shops know about kiotis and I figures someone here may have had the same problem. Huge thanks in advance
