Price Check Kioti RX7320PCB with loader

I am living in Ontario, Canada, and got 5 dealers' quotes for the following:

Tractor
- RX7320PCB, cab tractor with loader
- Rear-wheel weight
-3rd Function valve kit for grapple
- 2nd Remote hydraulic valve detent
- 3rd Remote hydraulic valve detent/floating
- Radio
- Block heater
- Cat II Hydraulic Top Link

Heavy-duty attachments
- Fork Pallet
- Rock & Root Rake (grapple)
- 8’ Box blade Cat II

Two of the dealers have quoted prices of $69,200 and 70,200 with a manufacturer discount. They are 350 km from my location.
I hope to do the services in my area where I have three Kioty dealers but they do not have any RX7320 in stock and their quotes are $3k to 4k high.

- The first dealer with $69,200 included a rear wiper kit but no tractor in stock. He expects some but does not have an ETA.
- The second dealer with $70,200 has everything in stock.

I think to go with the second dealer and seal the deal asap taking into consideration the shortage in the market.

My question is how much can be negotiated?

Start 10% lower and see what they say. But with scarce availability and a waiting list of buyers, they may not negotiate much in this situation. I asked them to throw in some dealer installed options and went with the quoted price. I ended up getting about $750 worth of options.
