I need to know all the problems that the Tractor "Kioti LK3054" has had/having.
My main interest is "WHY" would a clutch keep going bad when the tractor is not being abused.

I gave you some things to check or have checked;you're problem is certainly unique. I have an '05 3054 and while it's not trouble free, has no where near the bugs your's apparently has.:(

mine is an 02 or 03 cant remember order of the serial number to be sure. i bought it new has 348 mostly hard hrs on it now from loader work to plowing, disking, pushing snow, blowing snow. i do a ton of clutching and have not even adjusted the clutch since new. the only problem is cold starting. i put a tank circulator on it when i bought the tractor, 40 bucks from napa plug it in for half an hour befor use. i hardly ever use the glow plugs.

I had one in my shop a couple years ago and the power steering motor (which is located in the steering colum) had a seal go bad and leaked fluid into the clutch housing and that tares up a clutch real fast.

Ninja, did you see smoke or smell the clutch burning up each time?

What is the condition of the clutch when it goes out?
Is it burnt? Or shredded? Is the flywheel blue?

Need more information.

Yes, all of that Burnt, some sherding and flywheel is blue. From my heart I AM NOT ridding the clutch. Only use the clutch to change gears. I use the speed gear to slow me down if needed. Thanks for the reply.
