Who Replied?Recently purchased the 3054 with FEL, Box blade, Finish mower, bush hog and trailer. So far this is a great little tractor. Was worried about cold weather starting, but not anymore. I have used the FEL more than anything. Researched several tractors before making my decision. You just can't get a better tractor for the money.

I just bought a 2002 kioti 3054 with 6' kioti finish mower & 6' heavy duty box scraper in Ky for $11,920. The fit & finish of the tractor is not up to par with my father's kubota (30 hp) but i think overall it will be a good deal. The dealer claims the 3054 is a 30.5 hp tractor, the owners manual says it is a 26hp tractor, & another source claims 23 hp (not pto). anyone out there know? Anyone know who makes the finish mower for kioti? Anyone else with this tractor notice noise coming from the pto when the tractor is warm? Anyone know why this tractor knocks when cold?

These tractors are in for an upgrade, fit and finish will be improved. The tractor is 30.5 gross and 23 at the PTO, all diesels are noisy when cold.

yes 30.5 engine horse. i bought a walco brush hog style from www.payeur.com and i think they also have finish mowersbut don't think they make them for kioti.

Just wondering what your total package cost? I'm still researching, but I like what I see with the Kioti's. My only problem is that I'm going to have to travel a couple hours to the closest dealer. But if the price is that much better, I could live with that.

That's a nice web site the dealer has. It's pretty pathetic when a guy (me!) gets all excited over pictures of tractors /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif! But I guess it'll have to do until I can get mine!
I think you got a pretty good deal there/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif. I'll tell you, if I had a dealer within a reasonable distance, I think I'd go with Kioti without question. They seem to be a quality machine that is reasonably priced!
Say, how far from Columbus is this dealer? My daughter lives in Columbus! I may just have make a surprise visit in the next few months if the dealer is fairly close by! /w3tcompact/icons/tongue.gif

This dealer is right along the PA. boarder.
Around 20 miles south of I-80.
I punched up MAPS on the PC.It says 185 miles from Columbus.That would be one mighty long JOY ride!!!

I've had my Dk 35 for a couple weeks now and I love it. I am 6ft. 2 and find that the deck area is easy to enter and exit. I had the foot throttle modified to a more comfortable position and once I choose a gear for a specific task I find that the shuttle trans works great and shifting to other gears is kept to a minimum. I would rate this tractor at a 9.5 WE as Kioti owners need to get Kioti onto its OWN board. I think more people would be Kioti owners if they took the time to check them out.

I am not a Kioti Owner but I am a Kioti Dealer in Athens, Georgia so I use all lines of Kioti tractors on a regular basis. Like most of you, I have been extrememly inpressed by the improving quality and price of Kioti tractors over the last couple of years in comparrison to the Red, Green, Blue and the other Orange tractor lines. Kioti is looking to go somewhere and to take a large pice of the tractor market over the next 5-10 years. I noticed that most of you are from areas other than the Southeastern US, but if any of you every need anything at all, then pleae feel free to give me a yell at the e-mail listed below. I don't care if you have bought your Kioti from us or not but I will always be glad to help spread the word about Kioti in any way that I can. We have established a strong listening ear from Kioti so should you have any recommendations as to how Kioti can improve, then please shoot me a message as well and I will pass that information directly to the Kioti home office.
