Kioti Mechron 2200 12v power outett (cigarette lighter plug) problem

My 2015 Mechron 12v lighter plug suddenly lost power. Trouble shoot shows no 12v arriving at the plug. I can find no fuse/ckt breaker that seems to be associated with this item. Anyone have knowledge of where there might be a fuse or a possible solution? I use the plug to power my 15 gal sprayer.

My 2017 CK4010 (cab tractor) had no (constant)power to the dome light or radio harness.

Apparently there is a water intrusion problem in the harness plug under the tractor below the left side step.

The water entering and trapped in the plug doesn't play well and corrodes the pin on the red constant power wire in the harness connector.

Kioti provided a kit to reposition the plug so water drains from it to eliminate the electro / galvanic corrosion.

Your tractor doesn't have a factory cab and is a little older, but I'd trace the red (always hot) wire back to the plug and check for voltage at the plug.

Your dealer can have Kioti email them a wiring diagram and location of the plug.

Kioti factory dealer support (from South Carolina) is excellent, as long as your dealer service advisor is willing to work with them (and you).

My guess is, your over loading that plug, I'd make sure the wire to it, is heavy enough for the amps you are drawing.
