Kioti LK3054 Glow Plug wont go off and tractor wont crank - New to diesels

I have a Kioti LK3054 and the Glow Plug wont go off and tractor wont crank - I am familiar with gas engines and new to diesels any suggestions on troubleshooting? I am in the process of getting a service manual. Thanks!
