Kioti Front vs Mid PTO - New Guy ?

On the Kioti website,

the LK3054 is listed as a Front PTO, along with the DK45 & DK50. But the DK35 is listed as a mid-mount PTO. Is there a difference? Do certain implements only work with a front vs a mid and vice versa?

This matters to me as I'm going to need a front-mounted snowblower to help me manage a 1500' driveway in northern Vermont.

Here is a thread from a few months ago about the front PTO. I get the impression it is rarely used. Mid PTO seems to have a lot more implements.
