There are three recommended fuel filter changes that I have found for the current 40/ 45 HP Kioti Engines: the decal next to the DS45 filter says every 100 hrs, the owners manual says 200 hrs while the the owners manual for the EX45 Kioti ( similar to the DKse with the same engine) recommends 400 hrs.

For Air Filter elements the DS owners manual recommends change every 100 hrs, the Service manual every 200hrs while the EX 45 (same engine) owners manual recommends a clean every 100hrs and replacement once a year

For oil filter the DS owners manual states to change with every 100hr oil change; for the EX 45 it says to change filter every 2nd oil change.

Finally the Transmission oil filter and engine oil filter change intervals on my tractor's decals say 150 hrs for engine oil filter and 300 hrs for transmission oil filter which conflicts with what is in both the service and owners manual !!!!!!!!

Just located a copy of the DK SE 30/40/45 manual and intervals are same as the EX 30/40/45. Appreciate other members comments. I think I'll revert to the DK's intervals as they seem more sensible.

I could give you the numbers for my CK30hst which seem to be the same for other models from what others have posted. I have found two sets of numbers. The owners manual and service manual are the same but there are also numbers on stickers placed on the tractor. Give the DK40 and 45 members a few days and I'm sure they will reply.

Documentation is not Kioti's strong suit and I don't think the problem is in Korea. But these motors are all pretty-much the same so I'd recommend changing engine oil and filter at 50 hours, 100 hours, and then every 100 hours, indefinitely. At least that's what several versions of my DK45S manuals say.

Air filters are more tricky because fouling depends so much on conditions of use. Also, Diesels suck a LOT of air so engine life can be shortened greatly by even a little foreign matter getting through the air filter. If the air filter is compromised (hole) it must be replaced immediately. If the filter is intact but only dirty you may notice a loss of power and maybe just blowing it out (from inside) will do the trick.

Pretty sure my CK25hst calls for:
50h: hydro, hydraulic, & oil filter and oils, axle oil
100/300/500h... Engine oil only
200/400/600h...:engine oil, oil & hydro & hydraulic filters
400/800/1200...: hydrostatic/hydraulic oil, axle oil

Air as needed (what I do)
Fuel as needed (what I do)
Coolant every 2 years
