Kioti direct shipping

Something that I have found good so far about Kioti is if the part isn't available the dealer steps in. I have also gone down this road and the dealer had no problem pulling a part off another machine to get me back in the game. Kioti isn't just the NC office is it made up of a good dealer network. The part is on back order but Kioti taking on a good dealer network generally can keep someone from loosing a crop. I would bet money if my tractor died and I was harvesting and I couldn't get a part the dealer would work on either getting me a loaner or some assistance to get around the problem.

I got a partial shipment of the tie rod end and a ROPS pin direct from Kioti and packaged well. At least they will send you what they have.

I got a cable modem on the same day, broadband is mucho better than dial-up.

The tie rod came on the 21st so about two weeks after ordering it. All is right again, it ended up being not so bad. This doesn't let Kioti off the hook but at least I know that a backordered part can mean as little as 2 weeks.

So you're floating in tie rod parts now huh.

Both Kioti and my dealer have gone way beyond to get me the parts in a fast manor. When I was down they came through. They even covered glass that they did not have to. I can not say enough good things about Kioti or Wallace my dealer. When you count on your tractor, you need a dealer and a company you can depend on, and for me that is Kioti and Rick Wallace. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Highbeam,

Where does the cable modem mount on the tractor? Is Kioti now selling CK's with Internet connections? Those guys..they think of everything out there...:)

Highbeam:

Your dealer deserves your praise for excellent support (he's the one in Centralia, right?). I haven't heard of our local
JD, Kub, or NH dealers taking a part off a new tractor for a
customer.

Now, that said, I sure wish I could get Kioti parts in something
less than 3 weeks..... I SO want to see Kioti do better since I love the product. I have never had JD or Kub parts take more than 3 days, unless they are back-ordered.

The dealer I used is the one in Port Orchard, Penninsula Feed, at the south end of puget sound. They are listed on Kioti's site and always have half a dozen models on display. I would very much recommend them if you are in the area.

I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere but the dealership's atmosphere and apparent support got me to spend a little more. Glad I did, they have delivered on their promise to do what they can for me.

That particular dealer has sold many tie rods for the CK30 and decided to stock several after my problems. While the dealer and I were waiting for our tie rods, yet another customer came in with a mangled tie rod. The non-backordered parts were more like a week out plus if I wanted to pay for super fast shipping I believe I could have gotten those sooner but the cost was substantial.

Penninsula Feed, Port Orchard.
