Kioti CS2410 Issue

Hi All-
I disconnected the Backhoe and mowing deck last week. Tractor ran fine. I disconnected the FEL and the tractor has set for 3 weeks. I went to start the tractor and it starts and idles fine. I put it on gear, still runs fine. When I touch the forward or reverse pedal, the tractor instantly shuts off. It doesn't try to move at all.

After is dies the CEL flashes two long and one short.

Any ideas?

I think the FEL being removed isnt related. I'd say seat safety maybe, its obviously some sort of safety nanny.

Can someone tell me how to disable the seat safety to troubleshoot?
