kioti ck3510 with smoking problem

I just bought a ck3510h with fel backhoe crapple forks 3rd function. Put 17hrs on and started smoking and cel light came on. Dealer came and got. Said it had something to with oil getting in and burning. Kioti engineers working on problem. Had tractor for 3wks now and no idea when will be fixed offered rental tracor to use in mean time. Any one else have similar problems

Wow, Sorry about the problem. Others have had smoke issues but did not take that long to resolve.
Is the dealer picking up the cost of the rental or offering a loaner while they try and figure out the problem?

It almost always is fuel injectors leaking or a cracked piston ring letting oil in causing the smoke or valve guide not seated and leaking.
Strange they need so much time to figure it out.

They said they sent an engineer from Korea to ck problem as there are more than just mine out there. So once they find problem it may be kixed for good. Like tractor alot

My CK2510 had a smoking and chugging issue with less than 50 hours on it, the dealer had it for a couple weeks and ended up replacing the injectors. Sounds like a similar issue. Hope yours ends up fixed as easily.

Got my ck3510 back from dealer the engineers had adjust timing and ecu so it takes our diesel Korea does not use ethanol in theirs

I have a 2013 CK27 HST. It has 259 hrs. on it. After changing the fuel and oil filters a couple of months ago i got a smoking that never cleared up. I took it to the local dealer and he had one look at it running and said that is 'fuel smoke not 'oil' smoke. I have a injector that will not close so it is dumping fuel into the cylinder causing it to burn excess fuel off. I am having all 3 injectors replaced since they have the engine open...probably not needed but i figure they have the engine open lets do it right. I am keeping the old ones for use as spares.
