Kioti CK35 HST Hydraulic 3/8" Quick Connect Fitting O-Ring Size

I just wanted to provide information for anyone who owns a Kioti CK35 HST. However this information should apply to anyone with standard 3/8" quick connect female fittings as the dealership told me they are standard 3/8" hydraulic quick connects. The O-ring that fits inside the female side of the coupling is an AS568-114. Currently I'm using 70 durometer O-rings but have purchased 90 durometer o-rings because the 70's seem to be failing occasionally. However, I have not replaced the back up ring yet but that is because I just confirmed the o-ring size about an hour before this post. If I do use the 90 durometer O-rings, I'll try to remember to update this post. Also, I purchased the O-rings from oringwarehouse.com. They seem to have the best prices by far. Good luck to anyone having leaking hydraulics. To anyone with a CK35 HST, my leaking hydraulics are two of the four hoses that go to the FEL. I disconnected those hoses once and eventually they started to leak. The o-ring is the issue but the back up rings may need replacing too.

I wanted to update my previous post. Use 90 durometer O-rings as the last much longer. As a matter of fact, the 70 durometer O-rings started leaking after a few hours of use. I replaced them 90 durometer o-rings back in May/June of 2013 and as of October 9th, 2013 they have not started leaking.

Here we are, May 2014. The 90 durometer o-rings that I installed last May, in the post above, have still not failed.
