hello, i have a kioti CK20 tractor. I recently purchased a 60" mid mount mower (side discharge) at an auction. The mower deck came with all the mounting hardware, minus a drive belt. I'm looking for any help finding the correct size and dimensions for the drive belt. I've called the dealer, and only get the run around. I did not purchase the deck from him, so he doesn't want to be helpful. The mower deck is the exact mower deck for my tractor (model DMM60). Does any one know the size belt or have any diagrams to attach the deck to the tractor? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

In the manual it does not list the size of the belt just a part # I have a call into Kioti to check and see if the belt is still available.
Also I am checking to see if there are still owners manuals available other wise I can take mine and have staples copy it if you are interested.

I have the same deck and I bought my setup new.
I'd be happy to scan into PDF the most useful parts of the manual.
The deck isn't made anymore -- I bought a second set of blades and I'm glad to hear Rick stocks the belt.
The other thing I recommend you get are the roll pins that go into the input shaft on the deck transmission (they are odd (metric perhaps) pins) and a smaller one goes inside a bigger one for strength to attach the drive shaft to tranny input shaft. These will shear to protect the drive line. I'm confident Rick could get them as there were a bunch on the shelf in Wilson, NC when my dealer got them for me. In a pinch if you need any, I'll send you a few as I have a bunch! (I've only sheared the pins once -- probably from releasing the clutch when I thought the mid-pto was disengaged but it wasnt
weakening it and then they sheared doing regular mowing).
After 50 hours of mowing, the tranny oil should be changed. I can copy the capacity part of the manual -- I believe I used 90 weight gear oil in there and the tranny is easy to remove for service.
Attaching the deck is 6 pins and quick attach shaft to mid-pto. The manual has lots of good pictures for that too. Easiest thing for you might be to have Rick order a manual.
Love the way the deck cuts -- search for other posts by me and you'll find pictures of my lawn and other threads about the deck (need good impact wrench to get the blades off when you change them).
One other comment on belt install -- there's a guard that keeps it from hopping off the pulley and if I remember correctly it should be 3/8 to 1/4 inch from the belt (small gap between guard and belt. Make note of how far the guard is from the pulley before removing it to install the new belt.
Enjoy the deck -- mine is great -- its a shame they don't make it anymore. From what I understand it's Italian made. The only thing that's tough is pulling it out from under tractor (some decks have casters all the way around, this one the rear wheels are not casters). Other than that I have zero complaints and removing / installing deck is no tools required and very quick even w/o rear casters.

I'll also be contacting Rick to get the belt and probably the manual too. Was wondering if it's possible to have that shipped since it would save me a drive from NY to PA.
