Kioti 901c
Hi, my name is Priit and I operate a cattle farm in Estonia, Baltics, N-E Europe. I use 90 Kioti and 100 hp tractors for feeding cattle and making hay. Getting spare parts for Kioti has been a headache, I joined the forum to see whether there is an online solution to get around a maze of representatives adding to cost and delivery time.

Welcome.
A good question.
I know that for my Kubota there are certainly a lot of aftermarket sources of spares.
With the current weakness in the $US it is often cheaper to import from the USA rather than pay the outrageous prices Kubota charges over here.

My Kioti is still new so not an immediate concern for me.

There are a few guys selling stuff on ebay.....you can try that.

Otherwise all parts ive seen come thru the dealers. My dealer here can always get me whet i need in a few days.

Hello & WELCOME to TractorByNet.com! :)

I have moved your thread to the Kioti Buying/Pricing Forum. You'll get a better response there. ;)

As mentioned, there are some sellers on ebay, K&N makes air filters, some have found aftermarket oil filters but the hydraulic fiters are a little harder to match up. Kioti oil filter prices are fairly reasonable so I use them knowing they meet proper flow rates and specs. Other brand specific parts are no where to be found.
I've had very good results with several Kioti dealers in the states. If you call them and advise what you need, they are happy to charge your credit card and send you any part. Usually, they will also give you some advise on the particular job/repair you are doing if you ask. Some dealers have the general maintenance items (filters) on line but that's it. I have always received parts in less than a week.
The members here each have dealers they like to work with. If ordering from the states is a possible way for you, contact information can be provided by the members.

At Pat's Power site go to their parts finder and locate Kioti. Then drill down to the section of the parts you're looking for and keep going until you find the specific part. You can zoom the parts diagram for more clarity, and then see what the part number is and the cost of same.
Their store is just up the road from me when I'm at my summer home in CT.
They have a good reputation, and are a great source of parts breakdown for Kioti tractors, and almost any other similar machine too.
Are you looking for any particular parts, or just routine maintenance parts like filters, etc.?

I've used Paige Tractor in Texas, I had my part (Radiator Cooling Fan) in 2.5 days.. I would recommend them.
