Kioti backhoes are generally excellent. I've had both Kioti and Woods. Basically the same quality. There were some issues with control valves in the 23xx series a few years back but the 24xx series seems very reliable from what I've seen on TBN and by my inspection in a dealer's lot they are essentially the same as the Woods.
