I have a new Kioti 7320 with cab and power shuttle and loader. Took delivery with 3 hours on the tractor. Episode #1. Dropped the 3 point to hook up a mowing machine and it would not raise. Well already it is trying to fight me. Un hook it and check everything and 3pt will not raise. Called dealer, said a valve may be stuck. I pick the arme up bu hand to the top and they start working. Hook back up to the mower and go trim. Next day hook to my discbine. Go mow 15 acres and all is fine. Episode#2. Change fields and re-engage discbine at 1200 rpm and pot slams in and kills tractor. Increase rpm and same result. Increase rpm same result. The only way to engage it was to keep bumping the switch and when it started to turn kick it off then back on until it would take it without killing the engine. Called dealer, he has never encountered that issue. Called Kioti and no adjustment on pot engagement. I said their has to be a solution. Episode #3. Mowing on steep ground I notice the steering getting knotchy, steering wheel turns, stops, turns again, stops, turns. All fluids are on the full mark. Called dealer, asked the hours, I said 11. Dealer said maybe a plugged filter or pinched hose. I checked hoses. All seem good. Gotta get my hay in so keep running tractor while dealer chases problem with Kioti. I change filters at 20 hours and drain just over 9 gallon of fluid out. Book says 15.9, but it is a Korean interpretation so was that actually gallons or liters, who knows. I put 10 gallon of Permatran semi synthetic (great fluid) back in. Fire it up and check for leaks. Shut it down and check level, it is on full. Proceed to run tractor same issues. Call dealer. He stated the rubber coupler on the suction line may be leaking air. Tightened it. Same issue. Drained fluid again. Replaced coupler with an industrial one and industrial clamps. Same issue. Continued to run tractor. Steering getting worse uphill or down hill it won't steer. Episode #3. While trimming uphill tractor ceases forward movement, no hydraulics to lift mower, nothing works on the hydraulics. Coast to level ground and it works again. Hydraulic fluid is on full mark. Dealer comes over and checks pressures. They are fluctuating. He drained fluid and replaced Orin's on suction line. Same issues. Replaced hyd pump. Worked fine for a few hours then started same pattern of issues, however, I did not let it progress and burn up a new pump. Dealer replaced filters and hyd fluid with his brand, 10 gal to the full mark. Same issues starting up again. Dealer called Kioti. They stated it need 16 gallon of fluid!! Dealer came and dumped in 6 more gallon! This put it 65mm above full. Still having a few issues but not as severe as before. I now have 126 hours on it and am not comfortable running that far over full.
Anyone else having this problem and how much hyd fluid is in your 7320??
