Kinma/FarmBoss 284 Liquid pump connecting shaft question

Anyone know how the heck this can be removed? Replaced pump already and no fluid moving. Noticed this little part…it is stripped out.

That's the input shaft of the pump. It's not stripped but have been rubbing somewhere.

Yes, wrong picture. this is the part(coupling) that needs to be removed. Y385 motor. Does he pull off the timing cover or will it come out from where it is?

Oh, that makes more sense. I'm not familiar with the engine though, but it may come out from the timing cover side. What need to be removed to get there, I don't know.

Hopefully someone with experience on these Chinese tractors can help with some more details. I know we have some of them here.
