new Kubota last year came with 2 keys (and free hats)

New Mahindra came with two keys. My 2240 JD came with only one, and I bought a spare "just in case". I have a John Deere 420 and a Craftsman LT3000, both came with two. I don't remember ever needing the extra key for any tractor, but nice to have one. I do put bright colored tags on all of them in case they try to make a run for it, but most times they are content to just sit there in the keyswitch and wait for me to use them....... 
If you need a spare, they don't cost much on EBAY ....
